Prestwick Gardens home sites and interior roadways are mostly level and elevated for excellent views. The entire subdivision is served with public water, natural gas, and municipal sewers. The roads are public, and are maintained by the Village of Monroe Highway Department. There are no "common charges" or Association Fees at Prestwick Gardens.
